On August 21st, 2021, I worked my first full size sound gig since the Covid pandemic hit. The venue was outside Sarnia Bay Marina and Dockside Restaurant. The band Borderline was the featured entertainment for the evening. The gig was a huge success and organizers were very happy!
For te tech side of things, I was mixing on.thr band's full, analog sound system. Peavey passive speakers and subwoofers with Peavey power amps. Allen & Heath WZ316:2 Mix Wizard analog mixer along with signal processing from Lexicon, dbx, Alesis and Peavey. Stage monitors were all Alto Professional TS312s. Microphones by AKG, Shure and CAD. Temporary stage designed and built by local Carpenter's Union.
